Introduction

At motionseireliabl, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and project cancellations. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Product Returns

For renovation materials and products that have been purchased but not yet installed:

Eligible Items

We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging and condition, within 30 days of purchase. Custom-ordered items, specially manufactured products, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call +64 80 019 9888 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be eligible for refund.

Return Condition

All returned items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • Free from damage
  • Complete with all components, accessories, and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

After inspecting the returned items, we will process eligible refunds within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The following deductions may apply:

  • A restocking fee of 15% for standard stock items
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide photographs of the damage or defect
  3. We will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion
  4. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by motionseireliabl

Renovation Service Cancellations

For renovation services and contracted projects:

Pre-Construction Cancellation

If you need to cancel a renovation project before construction begins:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before scheduled start date: Refund of deposit minus design and administrative costs (typically 25% of deposit)
  • Cancellation within 14 days of scheduled start date: Refund of 50% of deposit
  • Custom materials already ordered are subject to supplier return policies and may not be fully refundable

Mid-Project Cancellation

If a project must be cancelled after construction has begun:

  • Payment for all completed work, materials delivered, and reasonable demobilization costs will be due
  • A detailed reconciliation of work completed versus payments made will determine final settlement
  • We will work with you to ensure the site is left in a safe and usable condition

Warranty Claims

All renovation work completed by motionseireliabl includes our workmanship warranty:

  • 5-year warranty on all installation and labor
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to products and materials
  • Warranty claims should be submitted in writing with photographs and detailed description of the issue
  • We will respond to warranty claims within 5 business days and schedule an inspection if necessary

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If any aspect of your renovation does not meet the specifications outlined in your contract, we will address these issues at no additional cost, provided they are reported during the final walkthrough or within 30 days of project completion.

Changes to This Return Policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Any changes will apply only to purchases made after the revised policy is posted.
